The bracelet that I received is absolutely beautiful but I ordered two bracelets and only received one bracelet. I gave the one I received to my friend that loves it as well. The only thing I can say is if you order from this company make sure to keep the package it came in especially if you ordered more than one of the same item. I didn’t keep the package it came in and they want a picture of the package and the bracelet. So who knows if I will get the second one bracelet that I ordered.

I have to say I was so excited when I got this. It was pretty but it broke. The strap broke where it holds the charm therefore I haven’t ordered anything else from here
I really liked the bracelet but unfortunately after wearing it for some time, the cord broke where it attached to the heart charm. The beads now need re-stringing as it is not possible to repair the cord.
