I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She likes it so much that I'm now shopping for a Valentine's Day gift that matches the stones on the watchband.
I ordered large, but turns out I needed small. The company worked with me to get the correct size; and the bands are beautiful. I'm a happy customer.
I ordered and received my watchband in a timely manner. Within 2 weeks, the band broke under daily use conditions. I contacted the company and received a replacement. So everything is good at this point in time. I will use the replacement just as I used the original and see how it goes. The band is beautiful; I simply love it. My interactions with company have been positive and I'm sure that I will order more products as they are unique and fun.

It's too big. I really like it otherwise. Since it is too big my smart watch does not stay in the same place or make good contact with my skin. I ordered a small, so it would be great to have a way to adjust it or remove a section.
